Inner Systems Collective

ABOUT US

An IFS- Focused collective for Therapy, learning, and professional Growth

A thoughtful space to learn, heal, and grow together.

Inner Systems Collective began with a simple intention: to create the kind of mental health spaces people truly deserve.

Spaces where therapy feels authentic, safe, and deeply human. Where professionals can explore IFS through meaningful, experiential learning. and where people can come together to share ideas, learn from one another, and feel welcome without fear of judgement.

What began with a commitment to thoughtful therapeutic work is growing into a collective that brings together IFS- informed therapy, workshops, professional trainings, and supervision and community.

Our aim is to make IFS accessible beyond the therapy room and nurture a space where the model can be explored, experienced, and developed through ongoing learning and connection.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I am Sakshi. Thanks for being here

I’m Sakshi Danwar, founder of Inner Systems Collective. I am a Certified Level-3 IFS Therapist and trauma-focused psychotherapist based in Delhi, India. For over a decade, I’ve worked with adolescents, young adults, and couples across India and internationally.

My work brings together Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed psychotherapy, and integrative somatic approaches. Over the years, I’ve come to see how much there is to understanding a person beyond their symptoms, struggles, or what others see on the surface.

Alongside my clinical practice, I’ve been involved in teaching, offering workshops, trainings, supervision, and assisting in international IFS trainings and communities. These experiences have shaped my vision for Inner Systems Collective, a space where thoughtful therapeutic work, meaningful professional development, and community can come together.

I deeply value community connection and collective healing. I also run two dedicated IFS inspired spaces for connection, reflection, and growth:

  • IFS Nook: A gentle space to explore parts work, self-reflection, and inner growth. [Click to View & Join]

  • Self-Led Asians: A dedicated collective for Asian and South Asian individuals and practitioners exploring IFS and shared cultural healing. [Click to View & Join]

MY PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY

A Continuing Practice of Learning

We believe meaningful change starts by understanding people in all their complexity.

FS has been a significant part of my professional journey since 2020. My involvement extends beyond clinical practice into international IFS communities, ongoing consultation and learning, and assisting senior Certified IFS therapists with their courses.

I have completed Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 IFS training. Alongside this, my training includes REBT/CBT, clinical hypnotherapy, and integrative somatic approaches, including work informed by attachment theory and nervous system perspectives.

I continue to learn because I believe working with people asks for more than knowing a modality. It calls for reflection, openness, and a willingness to keep examining how we understand and relate to others.

The story Behind ISC

Inner Systems Collective grew out of a desire to build something beyond individual practice.

I wanted to bring together the things I care deeply about: authentic therapeutic work, meaningful professional learning, and communities where people feel welcomed rather than judged.

Over time, I began to imagine what it might look like to bring these intentions together under one roof. Not just a place for therapy or training, but a collective that could make room for different ideas, experiences, people, and ways of working.

ISC is my attempt to bring that vision to life. It is still evolving, and there is much more I hope to build. But at its heart, the intention remains the same: to create experiences and spaces that feel thoughtful, genuine, and deeply human.

Our Philosophy

Curiosity, Compassion, Care for the whole person.

We believe meaningful change begins with curiosity, compassion, and an understanding of the person beyond their symptoms or circumstances.

Seeing beyond the surface

We look beyond diagnoses and surface symptoms to understand each person’s inner world, lived experiences, and the parts of them shaped by what they have been through.

We spend time to understand your unique story, make space to explore what you may be carrying, protecting, and needing, while honoring your own understanding of yourself.

We Respect every identity and experience

We welcome people across diverse identities, cultures, backgrounds, and ways of experiencing the world.

We strive to create affirming spaces for neurodivergent people and LGBTQIA+ individuals, where differences are respected, identities are not treated as problems to fix, and people can show up as they are.

Change at Your Pace

Real, lasting change cannot be rushed and healing doesn’t follow a fixed timeline. There may be moments of clarity, periods of uncertainionty, and times when old patterns resurface, we make room for all.

We value steady, thoughtful work that respects each person’s pace, builds trust, and allows understanding to develop over time rather than rushing and chasing quick fixes.
